Man Utd ready to push for signing of Frenchman

Manchester United are ready to make a concrete move to sign Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot this summer.

The Red Devils were determined to land the Frenchman two years ago. A fee was agreed with the Bianconeri, but the midfielder refused to accept personal terms.

Rabiot has since re-established himself as a key player for the Bianconeri, but there are doubts over his future at the club beyond the current campaign.

His present deal expires at the end of June and as things stand, he is reluctant to pen a new extension amid the uncertainty over the managerial position.

Amidst this, it is claimed that United are ready to increase the pressure to sign the former PSG man, considering he is available on a free transfer this time.

United are more willing to sign him due to the same reason. It remains to be seen whether they can convince the Frenchman into a Bosman move this summer.
